Learn how to interact with the RFx Data table, including how to review details, hide items, and access the screen required to modify the quoted amount within your transaction report.
Prerequisites
- You must have a Supplier Self-Reporting account.
- A report must be active and open.
- You must have been awarded an RFx via VendorPanel Go to Market through the associated list you are reporting for.
Steps
- Access the report/reporting period from the dashboard.
- Locate the RFx Data table at the top of the page that is related to you and the specific list you are reporting for.
- To review the full details of an RFx, click View details.

Note: The View details screen is the only way to modify the quoted amount. You can also mark an RFx as all sales reported from here.

- You can hide an RFx from the list if you have reported all sales for this RFx.
- To view any previously hidden RFx's, click the View all RFx data button. Unhide them to return them to the table.
- To add a transaction to the report using an RFx, hit Add to report to the right of the relevant one.
- The Manual Entry section will be pre-filled for you, validate the details and add the invoice date.
- The Transaction amount can be updated if the sale has only been partially invoiced for this reporting period.
- Tick Final report for this request if there are no more transactions to be reported for this RFx.
- Add entry to add a transaction to your reporting period. The Reported status of your RFx will now reflect whether this has been partially reported or complete.
- Repeat steps 6-8 if you need to add more transactions for this reporting period.
- Once you have added all entries, select Save draft to save your progress and submit later, or Submit report to complete and submit your transactions.
